Yes, this printer comes with CMYK + 4W, one print head for color ink, and one print head for white ink.

3.What is the lifetime of print head?
Normally Epson DX5/DX7 print head can print around 100000sqm, if you keep good maintenance can last for more time. (we have few client already proved it)
